Aged in old futs and demi-muids, bottled without filtration, minimal SO2. The 2020 shows a pretty light red color with aromas of ripe raspberry and violets, really lovely. The palate is vibrant and bright with raspberry, cranberry and cherry with lip-smacking acidity and a beautifully refreshing finish of minerals and juicy red fruits. This is a delightfully refreshing and forward version of Pineau d'Aunis
